What is delivered?
NULIQ provides a browser-based console and a binary text classification API accessed over the internet. No physical products or courier deliveries are involved. There are no shipping or delivery fees.
Account and model access
After creating an account and logging in, you can access the pretrained starter model and console tools. Uploading your own TXT file queues a training job; you activate the completed version from the console. Training time depends on server load and data size.
In free mode, you can send queries without adding credit. Input size, rate, and training limits still apply.
Delivery of paid credit
In paid mode, purchased USD credit is automatically added and becomes available when the server receives a verified successful payment notification from Stripe. For card payments this usually follows checkout; payment-method or provider-notification delays may delay access. No fixed number of seconds is guaranteed.
Returning to the site from checkout does not by itself confirm payment. Refresh the “Usage and balance” screen in your console. If a charge is visible but credit is missing, contact support with your payment reference and confirm the status before paying again.
Access requirements
The console requires a current web browser and internet connection. API requests require a valid key for your account. The Ollama-format connection is a documented API subset; it does not deliver a local Ollama model file.
The service is subject to applicable legal restrictions and the countries and methods supported by the payment provider. Being able to access the site from a country does not guarantee that every local payment method is supported.
Service issues or refunds
For technical issues, share the console/API error response, time, and transaction identifier if available with support. Do not send passwords or secret API keys. Refund and cancellation conditions are described in the refund and cancellation policy.
