1. Scope of the service
NULIQ is a digital service that classifies text as 0 or 1, lets you create personal models from TXT examples, run independent tests, and request decisions through an API. It is not a general knowledge assistant. The meaning of 0 and 1 depends on your selected model and training labels.
The model also predicts on inputs it has never seen, and those predictions can be wrong. No guarantee is made of perfect accuracy, uninterrupted access, or a particular commercial outcome. Validate on representative data for your use case and apply appropriate human oversight to decisions with significant consequences.
2. Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your account and API keys secure. Upload only data you have the right to use and process. Do not submit content that violates another person’s privacy or attempts to abuse the service. Personal models belong to an account; take care when sharing access to your account.
Rights to the source software and brand belong to the service provider. Creating an account does not grant ownership or distribution rights over the server software.
3. Current pricing and free usage
In free mode, API, Playground, training, and quality tests require no credit, and queries are not charged. This does not mean unlimited usage: input size, request rate, model, and training limits apply. Queries made during the free period will not be charged retroactively.
In paid mode, only the UTF-8 input bytes of successful queries are charged. Output, training, and quality tests have no additional fee. Playground uses the same input pricing. Current pricing is displayed on the homepage and in the console before you send a query. 1 MB equals 1,000,000 bytes.
4. Payments and service delivery
You purchase one-time prepaid usage credit in USD. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or automatic credit purchase from a saved card. Real payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Card details are processed by the payment provider; NULIQ does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Credit is added after a verified successful payment notification arrives from the payment provider. Returning from checkout alone is not payment confirmation. See service delivery and refunds and cancellation for details.
5. Limits and changes
A query can contain up to 4,096 UTF-8 bytes. File, training, and request-rate limits are shown in the console and API error responses. Invalid or failed queries are not charged. Abusive requests may be blocked to protect the service.
Pricing and service terms may change; current information is published on this site. Ending free usage does not create a retroactive debt. Paid usage is limited to your available USD balance. These terms do not remove mandatory legal rights.
6. Support
For account, service, personal data, or payment requests, use the direct support channels on the contact page. New payments are disabled until business identity and contact details are complete.
